The YouTube Channel Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company's YouTube channel to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and subscriber growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of YouTube's algorithm, content strategy, and audience engagement, along with a proven track record of successful channel management. Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy: ● Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with company goals and target audience. ● Research and stay updated on industry trends to create relevant and engaging content. ● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding. Video Production: ● Coordinate and manage the end-to-end video production process. ● Collaborate with videographers, editors, and content creators to produce high-quality videos. ● Ensure that all content meets quality standards and is aligned with the company's brand guidelines.

Channel Optimization: ● Utilize SEO best practices to optimize video titles, descriptions, and tags for improved discoverability. ● Implement strategies to increase click-through rates, watch time, and subscriber growth.



● Monitor and analyze channel performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies accordingly.

Audience Engagement: ● Foster community engagement through comments, likes, and shares. ● Develop and execute plans to increase audience interaction and loyalty. ● Respond promptly to viewer inquiries and feedback.

Stay Informed: ● Keep abreast of changes in YouTube's algorithm and policies. ● Continuously research industry best practices to enhance channel performance.
