About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and process-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations at our Udyog Vihar production facility. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end warehouse functions across all three brands – Blue Tokai Coffee, Suchali’s Artisan Bakehouse, and Got Tea.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in inventory management, warehouse operations, dispatch coordination, process adherence, and team handling within a manufacturing/FMCG/food production setup.

Key Responsibilities
Manage overall warehouse operations including inward, outward, storage, dispatch, and inventory control
Ensure smooth material movement and stock availability across all three brands
Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock audits/cycle counts
Monitor GRN, batch tracking, FIFO/FEFO practices, and stock reconciliation
Coordinate closely with production, procurement, and logistics teams for operational planning
Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards
Handle vendor coordination and dispatch planning
Lead and manage warehouse staff, shift planning, and manpower allocation




Maintain proper documentation and system updates related to inventory and warehouse operations
Identify process improvement prospects to enhance operational efficiency and reduce losses
Ensure compliance with food safety and operational standards within the warehouse setup

Requirements
7–9 years of experience in warehouse/inventory management
Prior experience in FMCG, food production, manufacturing, or supply chain operations preferred
Robust understanding of warehouse processes, stock management, and dispatch operations
Experience in handling ERP/warehouse management systems
Good team handling and coordination skills
Solid problem-solving and operational planning ability
Knowledge of hygiene, compliance, and safety standards is preferred
