Key Responsibilities
Source IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
Conduct initial HR screenings and evaluate communication and technical skills.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Maintain candidate records in ATS and recruitment databases.
Stay updated on US IT technologies, visa types, and recruitment trends.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.

Eligibility

Interns
Freshers or recent graduates from any discipline.




Excellent English communication skills.
Passion for recruitment and willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of IT technologies is an added advantage.

Stipend: 15,000 per month

Experienced Candidates
13 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Experience with sourcing through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, CareerBuilder, and other job portals.
Knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099, US tax terms, and visa types.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Salary: 25,000 30,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
