We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our growing team in the solar industry. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of telecalling experience, preferably in the solar, electrical, or renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
Explain the company's solar products and services.
Schedule appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
Update customer information and call records in the CRM system.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of telecalling/telesales experience.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Basic knowledge of solar products or the renewable energy industry is preferred.
Proficiency in Hindi, English, and the local language is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM software.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
