Roles & Responsibilities:
Partner with account managers and hiring stakeholders to understand job requirements, organizational culture, and talent strategies.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, databases, and networking platforms like LinkedIn.
Conduct structured candidate screenings to assess qualifications, values alignment, and work eligibility (U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, H-1B Transfers).
Coordinate interview logistics, feedback collection, and offer processes in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and ensure a high standard of candidate experience.
Stay updated on labor market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in inclusive hiring.
Mentor junior recruitment team members to enhance overall sourcing and hiring capabilities.
