Location: CNOC-Hyderabad Responsibilities:
Need to work on Network/Service incidents using UA tool (SIA/NIA)
Identify and log network faults, performance issues, and outages in real time.
Raise incidents and alerts as per defined SOPs and escalate as per escalation matrix, including communicating with end customers.
Perform initial analysis and basic L1 troubleshooting to determine the nature of the fault.
Coordinate with L2/L3, field, TAC and vendor teams for resolution and service restoration.
Generate and share daily fault summary reports.
Operate in shift (24x7 workplace) & ensuring seamless handover between shifts. Requirement :
Understanding of SDH,DWDM,OTN & Tx telecom fundamentals.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities(English & Hindi).
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (24x7).
Engineering background (B. Tech) is desirable.
Should have sound knowledge in rerouting in ECI and NOKIA NMS 6. Should have valuable understanding and troubleshooting skills for Customer issues 7.
