Job Title : Senior Analyst / SME – Loan Reconciliation (CLO/CDO) Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Relevant Experience : 2.5 to 6 years Must Have Skills : 1. Robust knowledge of Loan Syndication (Cash Reconciliation & Position Reconciliation)
Experience with Bonds, Equity, and CLO/CDO structures
Proficiency in tools like Solvas, Global Cash Manager (GCM), and GRX platforms
Intermediate

Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas) Positive Have Skills : 1. Knowledge of different market traded processing
Experience in process improvement initiatives
Exposure to regulatory and compliance frameworks in loan operations Roles and Responsibilities : 1. Perform cash and position reconciliation for syndicated and non-syndicated loan deals, focusing on CLO/CDO transactions
Investigate cash breaks and identify discrepancies/exceptions.




Collaborate with Agent Banks, Clients, and internal teams to resolve issues in a timely manner
Use platforms like Solvas, GCM, and GRX for transaction processing and reconciliation
Maintain detailed documentation of investigations and resolutions
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
Support continuous improvement initiatives in reconciliation processes
Prepare and present periodic reports on reconciliation status and exception tracking Location : Pune CTC Range : Senior Analyst: Up to 7 LPA
