Role & responsibilities
Source and identify candidates for US-based IT and non-IT positions.
Screen candidates through phone calls and evaluate their suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Build solid relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Meet recruitment targets while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Preferred candidate profile
B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
2024, 2025 or 2026 pass-outs can apply.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Willing to work in US Night Shifts.
Solid interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn.
