Role & responsibilities

Responsible for testing, validation, and performance evaluation of Electric Vehicle (EV) systems including Battery Packs, BMS, Electric Motors, Inverters, Chargers, and Vehicle-Level Functions. Conduct functional, performance, durability, safety, and regulatory testing to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
Perform testing and validation of EV powertrain systems, battery packs, BMS, motors, inverters, DC-DC converters, and on-board chargers.
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and validation procedures.
Conduct vehicle-level, subsystem-level, and component-level testing.
Perform performance, durability, thermal, environmental, and safety testing.
Analyze test data, identify defects, and support root cause analysis.
Validate charging systems, battery performance, range, and energy efficiency.
Support HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop), functional, integration, and end-of-line testing.
Prepare test reports, validation documents, and compliance records.
Collaborate with design, software,



calibration, and manufacturing teams to resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with automotive standards and regulatory requirements.
