Job Title: Telecalling Executive (Female) Company: Kargham Location: Mohkampur, Meerut Job ResponsibilitiesCall customers to confirm Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Verify customer details, including address and contact number. Resolve customer queries regarding products, delivery, and exchanges.

Update order status in the system. Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure smooth order processing. Reduce cancellations and RTO (Return to Origin) orders through proper verification. RequirementsFemale candidate preferred.

Positive communication skills in Hindi (basic English knowledge is a plus). Polite and professional speaking skills. Basic knowledge of computers and smartphones. Previous telecalling or customer support experience is preferred.
