We are hiring a Customer Support Executive in Ahmedabad.

– Customer Support Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers welcome)

Education: Graduate in any discipline

Languages Required: Hindi, English, Gujarati

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and qualified manner.
Handle complaints effectively, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and qualified attitude toward customers at all times.
Record customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents accurately.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
Support e-commerce / e-pharmacy-related customer interactions (preferred).

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers (0–1 year) with positive communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Gujarati is mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office; CRM software knowledge is an advantage).
Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and calm under pressure.
Willingness to work on weekends if required.
