Key Responsibilities:
Lead API sales growth in the GCC region by identifying, approaching, and developing recent business clients.
Manage and maintain robust relationships with existing customers, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
Handle customer queries and complaints effectively, aiming for quick resolution and long-term trust.
Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, production, quality) to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
Organize and support customer audits, ensuring adherence to compliance standards and prompt follow-up.
Partner with the Regulatory Affairs team to fulfill customer regulatory inquiries and maintain product compliance.
Develop and execute regional market strategies, staying informed on competitor activities and local regulations.
Work across different time zones as required to support clients and internal coordination.
Provide timely business updates and reports to senior leadership on market trends, opportunities, and challenges.
