NWe're seeking a agile, strategic, and results-oriented professional to lead franchise expansion, build strong business partnerships, and drive regional growth in the education sector.

NLocation: Kolkata, West Bengal + Extensive Travel Across East India

NRole: Full-Time

NIndustry: Education / Preschool / Early Childhood Education

NKey Responsibilities:

NDrive franchise acquisition and regional business expansion across East India

NIdentify and onboard potential franchise partners

NDevelop strong regional sales strategies and achieve revenue targets

NConduct business meetings, presentations, and site visits

NBuild long-term relationships with franchise partners and investors

NAnalyse market trends, competitor activities, and expansion opportunities

NCoordinate with internal teams for smooth franchise onboarding and operations

NMaintain CRM records, sales reports, and business forecasts

NPreferred Candidate Profile:





NProven experience in Franchise Sales / Business Development / Expansion Sales

NStrong understanding of East India markets and regional networks

NExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

NComfortable with extensive travel and field sales operations

NAbility to work independently and manage regional growth initiatives

NExperience in Education /Preschool / Early Childhood Education is an added advantage
