Role & responsibilities
To provide instruction to Bank for inward remittances & ensure credit in timely manner.
FTO process A-2 Remittances related to exports (VAT, Freight, warehouse etc.)
Preparation and submission of Export documents to bank (Bank guarantees, GR Waiver etc.)
Updating the bank Statement on regular basis and passing the receipt entries in SAP against Export realization received from Customer.
Accounting of all transactions in Tally and preparation of monthly financial statements for foreign subsidiaries
Ensure E-BRC is uploaded by bank after realization of export invoices. Preparation of Export register data for GST Assessment.
Handled the reconciliation and closure of long-pending shipping bills in EDPMS through coordination with the AD Bank.

Preferred candidate profile Looking for a person who will be be responsible for Accounting, Lodgement of export documents, Provide instruction to Bank for inward remittances & ensure credit in timely manner.

SAP, Tally, MS Office, Accounting knowledge
