Role Description
This is a full-time in office role for a Travel Consultant, based in Panchkula.
The Travel
Consultant will assist clients with planning, organizing, and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and holiday packages. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations,
and tailoring travel experiences to meet client needs. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel trends and destinations will also be a key part of your responsibilities.
Qualifications
Experience in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and organizing detailed Travel Arrangements
Robust skills in Customer Service and client communication
Proficiency in managing Reservations and booking systems
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations and services
Problem-solving skills to handle itinerary changes or travel concerns
Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus
