Farm development-Identify the farmers, motivate them to increase milch animals, improve the fodder cultivation
Conducting Farmers meeting at TMCC level.
Economics of Dairy Production- Calculate the potential returns and identify the constraints to achieving that return
Reducing the Cost of Milk Production- Making dairy production more economically attractive by improving the price and reducing the cost
Planting of CO-4,CO-5,COFS-29 and Making of silage for managing during the fodder scarcity period.
Conducting various trials related to the economic way of handling farms to increase the farmers profitability.
Promoting cattle feed, oil cakes, Bran & mineral supplement sales and utilization by the farmers to meet out the milch animal requirements.
Conducting Farmers training program for the TMPL farmers and supporting them for increasing milk production.




Promoting seed sales and cultivation of fodders at the farmer’s level to improve the milk quality, quantity and animal health.
Conducting CSR activity for the TMPL farmers livestock
Cattle Loan arrangement and Follow up of loan pay back
Attending milk quality related issues at the field level and rectification.
Periodical feed sample collection and Analysis to improve the feed quality.
Creating TMR feeding awareness and its advantages.
Attending meeting with vets to solve the milk quality related issues at villages.
Using appropriate extension techniques-to convey the message and change the farmers and adopt the current techniques.
Research and development- Hence undertaking research and development will play a key role.
Monitoring fodder cultivation at bmc level for distributing sets with subsidy price for the TMPL farmers.
Introducing various seeds and Fodder variety for the farmer’s level to increase the milk production with profit.
Preparing various projects and data submission to the management based on their needs and Goal.
