Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential buyers and investors, presenting real estate projects, generating qualified leads, and converting inquiries into site visits and sales. Prior experience in telesales or real estate sales will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases and marketing leads.
Explain real estate projects, including pricing, location, amenities, and payment plans.
Generate and qualify leads for residential and commercial properties.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested customers.
Follow up regularly with potential buyers to close deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and lead conversion targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.




Coordinate with field sales and marketing teams for smooth lead conversion.

Requirements:
Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or real estate sales is preferred.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of real estate market trends is an advantage.
Ability to handle customer objections and close sales effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
