We are looking for a highly skilled UX Researcher to join our team at Eloelo, playing a crucial role in driving user-centered design and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research methods and techniques, with the ability to analyze complex data sets to inform design decisions.

Roles and Responsibility
Conduct user research studies to gather insights on product usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.
Develop and implement research plans, methodologies, and protocols for various projects.
Analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and engineering, to integrate research findings into product development.
Design and test prototypes to validate design concepts and iterate on feedback.




Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in UX research.

Job Requirements
Solid understanding of human-centered design principles and user research methods.
Experience with usability testing, interviews, surveys, and other research techniques.
Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets using tools like Excel, SQL, or statistical software.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to think creatively and develop creative solutions based on user research insights.
Robust problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and improve research processes.
