Key Responsibilities:
Assist in procurement of materials, construction items, and site-related services.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site engineers for timely material delivery.
Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, and support negotiation processes.
Maintain purchase records, stock registers, and delivery schedules.
Follow up on purchase orders, material receipts, and invoice submissions.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and budget guidelines.
Liaise with accounts and finance for vendor payments and documentation.
Visit sites or suppliers as required for procurement coordination.
