Position: Industry Fundamentals/Technical Trainer (Manufacturing)
Location: Nuh, Haryana Role Overview The Industry Fundamentals Trainer is responsible for delivering foundational manufacturing and engineering concepts to students and entry-level professionals. The trainer will equip learners with essential knowledge of industrial practices, workplace safety, quality systems, engineering basics, and qualified skills required for success in manufacturing settings.
Key Responsibilities 1) Deliver engaging classroom sessions on manufacturing and engineering fundamentals.
Deliver training on the following topics:
Manufacturing processes
Engineering drawing fundamentals
Workshop safety and PPE
5S and Lean Manufacturing fundamentals
Quality concepts and inspection basics
Measurement and metrology
Industrial etiquette and workplace discipline
Basic maintenance and troubleshooting concepts
Conduct practical demonstrations and interactive learning activities.
Create a positive and engaging learning environment.
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessment materials.
Update training content to align with current industry practices and learner requirements.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, quality, or technical training.
Prior experience in classroom, vocational, or technical training will be an advantage.
Technical Skills
Positive understanding of manufacturing processes
Knowledge of engineering drawings and their interpretation
Familiarity with metrology and inspection tools
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles
Knowledge of workplace safety standards and industrial best practices
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Soft Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong facilitation and mentoring abilities
Positive interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Strong planning and organizational skills
Ability to motivate learners and create an engaging classroom environment
