Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and generate insurance sales.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about insurance policies. Maintain proper records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Hindi communication skills are preferred; basic English communication is an advantage. Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills. Comfortable making outbound calls and working with sales targets.
