Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced .NET Trainer to deliver structured, hands-on training sessions for corporate fresher batches. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in the .NET ecosystem, especially C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and REST APIs along with a passion for teaching and mentoring current talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct instructor-led training (ILT) sessions for freshers in Dot NET development.
Design and customize course content, including technical documentation, code samples, and practical exercises.
Lead hands-on programming labs, real-world scenarios, and capstone projects.
Monitor learner progress and provide individualized support, mentoring, and performance feedback.
Collaborate with curriculum teams and corporate stakeholders to align training with business needs.
Continuously update training materials to reflect the latest best practices and tools.
