About the Role Dreamdetourz is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Travel Sales Executive to assist customers in planning memorable travel experiences. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert travel enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound travel enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable domestic and international tour packages.

Prepare travel quotations and customized itineraries.

Convert leads into confirmed bookings by achieving monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, airlines, and other vendors for bookings.

Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM or lead management system.

Follow up with potential customers until closure.

Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support.

Stay updated with travel destinations, visa requirements,



airline policies, and promotional offers.

Build long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.

Required Skills Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Positive sales and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Ability to prepare quotations and travel itineraries.

Customer-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

Basic knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
