We're Hiring: IT Sales Professional

Location: Noida (On-site)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven IT Sales Professional to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience in IT Sales and enjoy building client relationships, generating leads, and closing deals for IT services or software solutions, we'd love to hear from you.

Key: We are strictly looking for candidates with 1–2 years of experience in IT Sales only. Profiles from Real Estate, EdTech, Banking, Insurance, FMCG, Automobile, Retail, or any other non-IT sales background will not be considered.Key Responsibilities

Generate current business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and lead generation.

Identify client requirements and recommend suitable IT services or software solutions.

Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and online demonstrations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.





Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates using CRM tools.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills

1–2 years of proven experience in IT Sales (Mandatory).

Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, SaaS, web development, or digital technology solutions.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and business development.

Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.

Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
