Responsible for CAE analysis and simulation support for powertrain mounts and brackets components/systems. Execute structural, stiffness, modal, and durability analyses using ANSYS with meshing via HyperMesh/ANSA. Provide actionable recommendations to improve robustness, support correlation with test results, and assist issue closure.
Required Qualifications:
B.E./B.Tech/M.E. in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering (or equivalent).
510 years hands-on CAE experience in automotive components/systems.
Proficiency with ANSYS and pre/post tools (HyperMesh/ANSA); understanding of fatigue methods and reporting.
Positive understanding of load paths, materials, joining methods, and correlation mindset.
Tools & Platforms
ANSYS (structural/fatigue/modal as applicable)
HyperMesh and/or ANSA (meshing, model build, pre/post)
Material data and fatigue methods (SN/-N) as applicable
PLM/Documentation tools for report storage and traceability
