Job Responsibilities
Maintain daily attendance, biometric records, shift schedules, leave records, and overtime details.
Monitor employee attendance, gate passes, shift changes, and resolve attendance discrepancies.
Prepare attendance reports and provide accurate payroll inputs for salary processing.
Handle contract labour attendance, deployment, documentation, and coordination with contractors.
Maintain contractor records, statutory documents, and labour compliance-related documentation.
Support payroll activities including attendance reconciliation, leave updates, and salary input preparation.
Assist in ESIC-related activities including employee registration, IP declaration, medical claim documentation, and accident reporting.
Support onboarding documentation, employee records,



and other HR operational activities.
Handle any other assignments assigned by the HOD/Management.

Required Skills
Knowledge of attendance management, payroll inputs, and time office functions.
Basic knowledge of ESIC, PF, Contract Labour Compliance, and labour laws.
Experience with Spine HRMS/ERP or any Payroll Software will be preferred.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

No transport or conveyance facility will be provided.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
