Anjani Logistics is hiring an experienced Delivery Operations Supervisor in Nagpur to manage the daily Delivery Associates (DA) team for Amazon Last Mile Delivery operations. The role involves hiring, training, daily team management, vehicle management, and operations reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Hiring and Training

Hire and recruit Delivery Associates (DAs).

Conduct training for recent DAs after joining, including delivery process, app usage, and safety rules.

Daily Team Management

Manage DAs on a daily basis, including attendance, discipline, and performance.

Arrange and schedule daily shifts.

If any DA is absent, arrange a backup and fill the gap to ensure route coverage.

Take and maintain daily attendance of DAs.

Vehicle Management

Arrange vans and vehicles for delivery.

Ensure timely van maintenance and servicing.

Keep vehicles in ready to use condition to avoid breakdowns.





Operations and Reporting

Plan routes and assign delivery areas to DAs.

Monitor daily data on the delivery app and dashboard.

Track SLA and on time delivery percentage.

Submit daily and weekly reports to senior management.

Handle COD reconciliation and process damaged or return parcels.

Resolve escalations and customer complaints.

Requirements

Graduate or 12th pass with relevant experience.

Experience in an E-commerce, Logistics, or Last Mile Delivery company is required. Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Delhivery, Ekart, or Shadowfax is preferred.

Experience in hiring, training, and managing DA teams.

Vehicle and fleet management experience preferred.

Own vehicle preferred.
