Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Specialist role based in Bengaluru.

The Telesales

Specialist will engage with prospective and existing corporate customers via phone, explain We-Care.club’s services and value proposition, and convert leads into active users. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, managing call logs and CRM records, and following up diligently to close sales. The role also involves addressing basic customer questions, collecting feedback on user experience,



and collaborating with internal teams to refine scripts and offers.

The Telesales

Specialist will work closely with sales and customer success colleagues to meet individual and team targets while maintaining a qualified, service-oriented approach.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support capabilities.

Candidates should possess clear and confident Communication skills, both verbal and written.

Candidates should possess Sales skills, with the ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close deals.

Candidates should possess Training-related skills, such as the ability to learn product features quickly and help guide customers through onboarding.

Relevant qualifications include prior telesales or inside sales experience, familiarity with CRM tools, and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Additional beneficial qualifications include basic knowledge of corporate wellness or food services, comfort working in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
