Key Responsibilities
Site Experience & Daily Health Check

a. Monitor live site pages (home, listing, PDP) daily for bugs, out-of-stock issues, broken links &

banners

b. Review key metrics: page views, CTR, ATC, conversion rates, and story/page performances.

c. Identify top and low performers and take action to improve engagement and sales.
Catalog Management & Product Hygiene

a. Work with the tagging team to ensure accurate and relevant PDP content.

b. Fix incorrect product attributes (e.g., neckline, fabric, sleeve details).

c. Add trend-based tags (cottagecore, tenniscore, etc.) to boost discoverability.
Visual Merchandising & Imaging

a. Brief and approve creatives for campaigns, festive edits, and trend-led pages.

b. Ensure all visuals resonate with Gen Z and occasion-based trends.
Product Positioning & Gaps

a. Highlight current drops, trending styles,



price gaps, and inventory needs.

b. Ideate and create store pages.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

a. Partner with Category Managers on pricing, assortment planning, and product mix issues.

b. Coordinate with Sourcing, Marketing, and Visual Labs for upcoming drops and stories.
Marketing & Campaign Support

a. Share curated product selections for ad creatives, campaigns, and seasonal promotions.

b. Highlight market trends and consumer demand for campaign targeting.
Trend Planning & Calendar Sync

a. Build and maintain a trend calendar: festivals, regional events, seasonal stories.

b. Prepare trend decks and share with the sourcing and creative teams
