Key Responsibilities:
Process banking transactions accurately and within defined timelines.
Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat professionally.
Verify customer information and documentation in accordance with banking policies.
Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and other regulatory guidelines.
Maintain accurate records and prepare operational reports.
Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex cases when required.
Meet quality, productivity, and service-level targets.

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or BPO (Banking Process).




Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
Positive knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.

Preferred Skills: Experience in banking operations, customer service, or back-office banking.

Knowledge of banking products, KYC, AML, and compliance processes.

Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and as part of a team.
