Manage end-to-end recruitment for:
Project Managers
Site Engineers
Quantity Surveyors
Safety Officers
Skilled & Unskilled Labour
Coordinate with project heads for manpower planning.
Conduct interviews and finalize salary negotiations.
Statutory Compliance (Very Important in Construction)
Ensure compliance with:
Building and Other Construction Workers (BOCW) Act
Inter-State Migrant Workmen (ISMW) Act
Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (PF)
Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESI)
CLRA, Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum Wages, Maternity Perks etc.
Oversee labour license renewals and registrations.
Maintain statutory registers and ensure timely submission of returns.
Payroll & Compensation Management
Supervise payroll processing for staff and site workers.
Ensure proper PF, ESI, TDS deductions.
Monitor overtime payments and attendance verification.
Handle final settlements and full & final clearance.
Site HR Operations
Monitor site attendance systems.
Ensure labour documentation and ID records are maintained.




Address worker grievances at site level.
Coordinate with contractors for compliance.
Employee Relations & Discipline
Develop HR policies and employee handbook.
Handle disciplinary actions and domestic enquiries.
Manage conflict resolution between site teams.
Promote positive workplace culture.
Training & Development
Organize safety training programs.
Conduct induction for current employees and workers.
Identify skill gaps and arrange technical/behavioral training.
Performance Management
Design KPI systems for engineers and project teams.
Conduct annual performance appraisals.
Recommend promotions and increments.
HR Administration
Maintain employee records and HR MIS.
Manage insurance, medical claims, and welfare schemes.
Prepare HR reports for management review.
Exit Management
Handle resignation process and notice period monitoring.
Conduct exit interviews.
Ensure smooth knowledge transfer.

Skills Required
