Job Title: Inside SalesExecutive (Lead Generation & Outreach)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our boutique data services firm. Your primary mission is to fuel our sales pipeline by identifying high-potential prospects, maintaining a pristine lead database, and securing introductory meetings for our leadership team. This is a foundational role perfect for a persistent communicator who wants to learn the inner workings of the IT data ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Target Research & Database Management: Identify companies and key stakeholders that fit our Ideal Customer Profile. Keep our CRM/database updated and segmented for targeted campaigns.
Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute high-volume outreach through personalized email sequences, LinkedIn messaging, and cold calling to spark interest in our data integration and skilled services.
Meeting Coordination: Successfully pitch our value proposition to qualify leads and schedule discovery calls/meetings for the Sales Reps.
Follow-up Management:



Maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule with "warm" prospects who haven't yet committed to a meeting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree: Open to all disciplines; Business, Marketing, or IT preferred.
Experience: 0–1 year in a sales support, lead generation, or customer-facing role. We are happy to train the right "go-getter."
Persistence: A resilient mindset with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated during high-volume outreach.
Written Communication: Ability to write skilled, concise, and engaging messages on LinkedIn and Email.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable learning CRM tools and sales automation platforms.

Preferred Skills:
Data Literacy: A basic understanding of what "Data Services" or "System Integration" means.
Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo is a major plus.
Interest in Tech: Curiosity about cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and contemporary data warehouses (like Snowflake).
