Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Technical IT Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring technical specialists across various technologies. The candidate must possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and be capable of handling multiple positions simultaneously while meeting hiring timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.
Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidates technical knowledge and cultural fit.




Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and clients.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
Negotiate salary, compensation, and joining dates with selected candidates.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
Build robust relationships with hiring managers and understand hiring requirements.
Stay updated with the latest IT technologies, market trends, and recruitment best practices.
