We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Sales Associate to join our team. This role is suitable for freshers as well as candidates with basic sales or customer handling experience. Training and guidance will be provided, so prior expertise is not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, or email.
Understand client requirements and explain our services in a simple and professional manner.
Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication.
Schedule meetings or demos whenever required.
Update lead details in Excel/CRM.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding.
Maintain a positive and customer-friendly approach.

Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
