Qualification & Experien
ceEducation: B.E/B.Tech
Experience: 1 - 5 Years
Expected Skills
Solid knowledge of PLC programming
Hands-on experience with OEM equipment
Ability to troubleshoot and install automation systems
Positive communication skills in English and local language
Responsibilities
Provide technical support for products such as vision systems, laser marking, sensors, and microscopes
Conduct field visits for equipment installation, troubleshooting, and customer support
Attend office calls when no field requests are scheduled
Standby at home on weekends if no customer requests
Handle emergency technical support, including late-night assistance (eligible for comp-off)
