Prime Function:
To direct and coordinate the overall activities of the Engineering Department.
Conform and adhere to the policies & procedures and rules & regulations as laid down by the hotel in order to achieve the highest levels of guest service.
To maintain regular inventories of the technical equipment.
Ensure quality is adhered to in all aspects of the job, by the Engineering team.
Any matter which may effect the interests of the hotel should be brought to the attention of the Management.
To abide by the mission statement of the Company and of the department.
