Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven B2B App Marketing Executive to drive adoption of our B2B ordering app among retailers and distributors. The role focuses on increasing app downloads, user registrations, and active engagement by working closely with the sales team and channel partners. You will onboard recent business customers, conduct product demonstrations, execute app promotion campaigns, and gather customer insights to enhance the overall app experience. This is an excellent opportunity for specialists passionate about digital adoption, customer engagement, and B2B growth in the FMCG/D2C ecosystem.
Key Responsibility :-
Drive adoption and usage of the company's B2B ordering app among retailers and distributors.
Increase app downloads, registrations, and active users.
Conduct product demos and onboard new business customers.
Plan and execute app promotion campaigns with the sales team.
Track app performance, user engagement, and provide customer feedback to improve the app.
Build robust relationships with channel partners to encourage regular app usage.
Requirements :-
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, app marketing, or customer acquisition.
Robust communication and relationship management skills.
Basic understanding of app marketing, CRM tools, and digital campaigns.
Experience in FMCG, D2C, or distribution businesses is preferred.
Preferred Experience
Experience working with retailer, distributor, pharmacy, or dealer networks.
Knowledge of B2B ordering applications and sales enablement platforms.
Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, CRM automation, email marketing, and customer engagement tools.
