Required Skills
Minimum 3+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Solid understanding of the US staffing industry and recruitment process.
Experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models.
Good knowledge of US work authorizations, including US Citizens, Green Card Holders, H-1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, and TN Visa.
Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as JobDiva, Bullhorn, Ceipal, or similar.
Solid sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Boolean Search techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
Robust organizational and time management skills.
