About the Role:

This is a full time, in office Customer Relationship Manager & E-Commerce Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The CRM & E-Commerce Executive will handle daily interactions with customers, respond to inquiries, and ensure a seamless shopping experience across online and e-commerce channels. Responsibilities include managing customer feedback, resolving issues,



and maintaining long-term relationships that encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty. The role involves processing and tracking e-commerce orders, coordinating with logistics partners, updating product listings and offers on the website, and monitoring overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Customer service skills, including handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and building customer rapport.
Robust communication skills, with fluency in English and Hindi.
E-commerce and retail support skills, including order tracking and returns/exchange handling.
Comfortable using customer databases, e-commerce platforms (Shopify), and basic office software.
Prior experience in fashion retail or e-commerce preferred; freshers (0–2 yrs) encouraged to apply.
