Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and achieving recruitment targets within the defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with department heads and hiring managers.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and skilled networks.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.




Negotiate salary packages and roll out offer letters.
Ensure smooth joining and onboarding of selected candidates.

Candidate & Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate with HR Operations for documentation and joining formalities.

Recruitment Operations
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment MIS reports.
Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rate.
Ensure all recruitment documentation is complete and updated.
