We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Boy to support day-to-day office operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, handling basic administrative tasks, and assisting with deliveries and outdoor work. A two-wheeler is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Open and close the office daily as per working hours
Ensure overall cleanliness of the office including dusting, sweeping, and organizing workspaces
Serve refreshments (tea/coffee/water) to staff and visitors when required
Handle banking-related tasks such as deposits, withdrawals, and document submissions
Manage courier activities including sending, receiving, and tracking shipments
Deliver samples and documents to clients, vendors, or project sites
Assist in packing materials, loading, and unloading goods
Support staff with general office errands and outside work
Maintain proper records of deliveries and external tasks
Requirements:
Must own a valid two-wheeler with driving license
Basic understanding of office work and responsibilities
Physically fit to handle loading/unloading tasks
Honest, punctual, and dependable
Familiar with local routes in Bangalore
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
