BRIEF OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION
To meet our growing requirements, we are looking to induct young and bright finance specialists to take up Managerial positions / Senior executive positions in various areas of Finance Department.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Monitoring and managing the organization’s liquidity planning and forecasting.
Monitoring and managing day-to-day funds utilization.
Management and accounting of foreign currency receipts and payments including remittances.
Identifying and ensuring adequate hedge for foreign currency exposures of the company.
Forecasting of medium and long-term funding needs including coordinating with the bankers for borrowing facilities.
Managing and optimizing the debt facilities availed by the company.
Implementation of treasury policies aligned to the global group standards.
MIS – periodic reporting to management on funds and treasury management.
Insurance (Property, Vehicle, People).
Payroll.
Stock Audit.
Bank Reporting.
Rating.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Qualified CMA/ICWA with a minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in managing and analysing costs associated with production, including Accounting & Management Reporting, in a large export-oriented manufacturing company (turnover of at least ₹800 crores).
Experience of operating in an ERP setting (preferably MS Navision).
Proficient in MS Office.
Solid communication skills.
Knowledge of Company Law.
Candidates who have passed Inter CA with 3–5 years of experience in a similar industry may be considered for Executive positions.
