Role Overview
As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving their queries, providing product guidance, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This role is ideal for freshers who possess solid communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via chat, email, WhatsApp, and calls.
Understand customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.
Assist customers in using the Nosnia.ai platform effectively.
Escalate technical or product-related issues to the relevant teams.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Provide basic product demonstrations and guidance when required.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
Basic computer and internet knowledge.
Ability to learn current software and technologies quickly.
Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Any Graduate (Freshers can apply).
Experience in customer service, telecalling, or support roles will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
