Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Interior Site Supervisor to oversee on-site execution of interior projects. The role involves coordinating with designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and smooth project execution.

Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure adherence to project timelines
Coordinate with project managers, designers, and contractors for seamless execution
Monitor quality of workmanship, materials, and finishes
Maintain site records, progress reports, and ensure compliance with safety standards
Resolve on-site issues and provide practical solutions to keep projects on track
Ensure client requirements are implemented effectively during execution

Requirements




Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
2–5 years of experience in site supervision for interior projects (corporate/residential)
Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and interior execution processes
Ability to read and interpret drawings (AutoCAD proficiency preferred)
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under deadlines
