Key Eligibility & Requirements
Education: Minimum 12th pass (Higher Secondary), with diplomas or bachelor's degrees preferred for some roles.
License: A valid driving license is mandatory, along with a clean driving record.
Experience: 1–2 years in sales (preferably automotive) is ideal, but freshers with a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to build rapport with customers and handle, suggest, and explain car features effectively.
Working Conditions: Flexibility to work weekends or long hours is often required, usually from a dealership showroom

Core Roles and Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement & Sales: Welcome showroom visitors, qualify buyer needs, and match them with suitable vehicles.
Vehicle Demonstration & Test Drives: Explain vehicle features, technology, and perks, and accompany customers on test drives.




Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate prices, trade-in values, and financing options to finalize sales contracts.
Relationship Management: Build rapport to ensure customer satisfaction, generate referrals, and maintain a database of potential customers.
Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current car models, features, accessories, and competitor offerings.
Administrative Duties: Prepare sales documentation, update CRM systems, and coordinate with finance/insurance departments.
Showroom Maintenance: Assist in arranging the showroom floor and ensuring displays are clean and presentable

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
