You will be responsible to assist with the productive running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Guest Relations Associate is responsible to assist the Experience Team in planning, organizing and monitoring all recreational activities of the resort, in close relation with the operational departments of the property.
Qualifications
Ideally with a certificate or diploma in Leisure management or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Activities Coordinator. Valuable problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
