Globe United manufactures flow-control and process instrumentation — strainers, sight glass assemblies, level gauges and orifice assemblies — in carbon steel, stainless, super duplex, Incoloy and titanium. Our products go into Saudi Aramco and PDO projects through our UAE operation in Sharjah. This role is based at our Sonipat manufacturing unit.

Responsibilities
Own QA/QC at the Sonipat unit — in-process, final and pre-dispatch inspection
Carry out incoming material inspection and review MTCs and EN 10204 3.2 certificates for traceability and specification compliance
Prepare and execute ITPs; witness hydrostatic and pressure testing
Coordinate third-party and client inspections; support ADNOC, Aramco and PDO project requirements
Conduct sub-supplier quality audits and source inspections at foundries and machining vendors across India
Review WPS/PQR and welder qualifications; oversee NDT activities and review RT/DPT reports




Raise and close NCRs and corrective actions
Maintain the quality management system to ISO 9001, and quality documentation for CE/PED and EAC requirements where applicable
Compile final documentation and manufacturing data books for despatch
Essential
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering
3+ years in QA/QC within pressure equipment, valves, flow control, instrumentation or pipe fabrication
NDT Level II in RT and DPT (ASNT SNT-TC-1A or ISO 9712)
Working knowledge of ASME and API standards and EN 10204 certification
Willing to travel to supplier sites within India

Preferred
Experience on Saudi Aramco, PDO or ADNOC projects
CSWIP 3.1 or AWS CWI
ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification
Exposure to CE/PED or EAC compliance
