Job Description – Cashier

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer billing accurately using the POS system.
Receive payments through cash, UPI, cards and other digital modes.
Ensure correct billing and issue invoices/receipts.
Maintain the cash drawer and reconcile cash at the beginning and end of each shift.
Resolve billing discrepancies and customer payment queries.
Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams for smooth order processing.
Prepare daily sales and cash collection reports.
Follow company policies related to cash handling and billing.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter.
Deliver courteous and skilled customer service at all times.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cashier in a café or restaurant.
Valuable knowledge of POS software and billing procedures.
Basic computer skills and MS Excel knowledge.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
