The Role
You keep Topee’s day-to-day books accurate and up to date across two (soon more) studios. This is a hands-on daily
bookkeeping role — entries done on time, reconciliations clean, compliance never a fire-drill. Robust Tally skills are
essential and non-negotiable.
What You’ll Do
•
Record daily transactions in Tally — sales, purchases, expenses, receipts and payments.
•
Reconcile bank accounts, payment gateways (Razor pay) and studio POS collections.
• Manage vendor bills and payments; track petty cash across studios.
•
Raise and reconcile invoices; keep receivables and payables current.
• Maintain GST and TDS records and support timely filing with the CA.
•
Assist with monthly closing, payroll inputs and basic MIS / expense reports.
•
Keep documentation organized and audit-ready always.
RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For
•
Tally (ERP 9 / Prime)
proficiency is a must-have — you can run daily books independently.
•
2–4 years in bookkeeping or accounts, ideally with a multi-location or retail business.
•
B.Com or equivalent; sound grasp of GST, TDS and basic accounting principles.
•
Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets and reconciliations.
•
Accurate, organized and consistent — you don’t let entries pile up.
•
Trustworthy and discreet with financial data.
Nice to Have
•
Exposure to Odoo or another ERP alongside Tally.
•
Experience coordinating with an external CA / auditor.
