We are looking for a robust, well-experienced Admissions Manager who knows the complete admission process from start to finish.This is a full-time office role for someone who can guide a student from the first enquiry all the way to a successful visa and can close admissions confidently.What You'll DoCounsel students and parents on the right course, university, and countryConvert enquiries into confirmed admissionsFile applications correctly and get offer letters from universitiesGuide students through fee payment at every stageHandle the full visa process and make sure documents meet all requirementsFollow up with students and universities until enrollment is completeKeep CRM records clean and up to dateWork closely with the counseling,



marketing, and documentation teamsWhat We're Looking For3+ years of hands-on experience in overseas education / study abroad admissionsComplete knowledge of the full cycle: admission filing, conversion, fee payment, and visa processingStrong understanding of Australia, UK, and New Zealand admission and visa requirementsA proven closer who can turn leads into enrollmentsExcellent communication skills with students and parentsAbility to manage many applications at once without missing deadlinesBachelor's degree in any field (a background in education or counseling is a plus)What We OfferCompetitive salary + incentivesTraining and supportA growing, ambitious team focused on student success
